The billing calculators, tax categories, totals, currency formatting, and standard PEPPOL/document definitions are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain correct calculations, Rafay Invoice Suite makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding 100% calculation accuracy for tax declarations or financial audits.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for verifying all invoice lines, tax percentages, rounding parameters, and totals before sending documents to buyers or legal tax authorities. Rafay Invoice Suite and its author, Rafay Waseem, shall not be held liable for any billing disputes, financial losses, or tax discrepancies resulting from application usage.
3. Data Limitations & Device Risks
Because all data is saved exclusively inside your local browser's memory cache (local storage) and is never uploaded to external servers, your database remains secure but vulnerable to local device events. You are entirely responsible for:
- Preventing data loss by routinely generating JSON database backups through the Settings panel.
- Understanding that clearing browser history, clearing website caches, or using private incognito tabs may delete all your invoice documents and custom catalogues.
4. Revisions & Code Changes
The code and styles appearing on Rafay Invoice Suite could include technical, typographical, or visual errors. We reserve the right to deploy updates, styling customized themes, or chart parameters at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the suite, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.
5. Governing Law
Any claim related to Rafay Invoice Suite shall be governed by local laws without regard to its conflict of law provisions, with all inquiries directed to the official creator, Rafay Waseem.
